Register for the conference HERE

The following items are included in the conference participant fee:

Attendance to all conference sessions, lunches and coffee/tea breaks during the conference days.

 

Registration Fees

  • Student Registration Fee*                                                         320 EUR

*Students will be required to upload a valid Verification Document confirming their student status when selecting the student fee.

 

Until May 15th:

  • Early Bird Registration Fee                                                      490 EUR
  • Early Bird Membership Fee**                                                  450 EUR 

From May 16th:

  • Regular Registration Fee                                                          540 EUR
  • Regular Membership Fee**                                                      500 EUR

 
**When choosing the membership fee, participants will be asked to upload valid proof of membership (Bereavement Network Europe, Inluto Association, Sociedade Portuguesa de Terapia Focada nas Emoções SPTFE). Documentation must be provided during the registration process.

 

Not Included in the Participant Fee – Available at an Additional Cost

  • Pre-Conference Workshops September 9th                        100 EUR

Payments and invoices will be made in EURO. 

 

 


  

Payment

Payment must be made in EUR to EGC, c/o DIS Congress Service upon receipt of invoice and remitted as follows:

  • Credit card

IMPORTANT: All invoices will be charged in EUR. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Bank charges and currency exchange charges are at your own expense and should be factored in when making a bank transfer for the invoices.


The invoice number must be used as a reference when a transfer is made.

 

 


Terms and conditions

 

Confirmation
An official confirmation of registration will be emailed to the participant upon receipt of registration fees. Please ensure you bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.

It is your personal responsibility to ensure that all details, such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservations, dates of arrival and departure, etc., are accurate and in accordance with your wishes. We strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any discrepancies, Please contact us at .

Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)

If you are not able to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague. A name change is free of charge; however, it is important that you contact the Conference Secretariat to have the change processed. ( )

  • For cancellations received until April 30th, a 75% refund of the registration fee less an administration charge of €55 will be granted.
  • For cancellations received until June 30th, a 65% refund of the registration fee less an administration charge of €55 will be granted.
  • For cancellations received until August 30th, a 50% refund of the registration fee less an administration charge of €55 will be granted.
  • For cancellation after this date no refund will be made.


Refunds apply only to registration fees that have already been paid.
If the invoice has not been paid at the time of cancellation, the applicable cancellation fee will still be charged, in accordance with the cancellation deadline

Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own personal travel and health insurance, as such insurance is intended to cover risks that are not assumed by the Organizers or the Conference Secretariat. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Organizers nor the Conference Secretariat shall be liable for any non‑refundable payments in the event of cancellation prior to arrival.
Cancellation or non‑attendance does not release the participant from the obligation to pay any outstanding amounts. Any amounts due remain payable in full in accordance with the invoice issued, regardless of whether payment has already been made.

Furthermore, to the extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Organizers nor the Conference Secretariat shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or damage to persons or property arising during or in connection with the conference. Participants are therefore strongly advised to ensure that their insurance provides adequate coverage for such circumstances.

Liability Waiver

The safety and well-being of our attendees is a priority for the conference. The conference is committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will take all reasonable measures to do so.

However, attendance at the event is voluntary and involves inherent risks associated with entry into, and presence at, the event venue(s), including, but not limited to, potential exposure to communicable diseases. By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for their participation and for the risks and hazards reasonably associated with attendance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, attendees agree that the Organizers and the Conference Secretariat shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury arising from or in connection with attendance at the event.
